Marketing Health Check

Fifteen honest questions across five areas. Answer for how things are today, not how you wish they were — nobody is marking you.

What we will look at

  1. 01Brand clarityCan people instantly tell who you are, what you do and why you?
  2. 02Audience understandingDo you know who you are talking to, where they hang out and what they care about?
  3. 03Content & social mediaDo you show up consistently with content that is planned, original and worth stopping for?
  4. 04Lead generation & conversionWhen someone is interested, is it easy and obvious for them to take the next step?
  5. 05Tracking & measurementDo you know what is working, so you can do more of it (and less of the rest)?
How we score this

This is a guided self-assessment based on your own answers — not an independent or professional audit.

How we score this

No black boxes. Every answer is worth 0 to 3 points: the first option is 0, the last is 3. Each of the five areas has three questions, so each area scores out of 9 and is shown as a percentage.

Your overall readiness is your total out of 45, as a percentage. All areas are weighted equally, because a brilliant brand with no way to measure it (or the reverse) still leaves money on the table.

  • 0–39% Early days
  • 40–59% Finding your feet
  • 60–79% Building momentum
  • 80–100% Ready to scale

Strengths are your highest-scoring answers (2 or 3 points). Improvements are your lowest-scoring answers, with ties broken by the weaker area. Next steps come from your two lowest-scoring areas. It is a conversation starter, not a verdict.
